Our 2022 series of concerts

Our 2022 season is now online (click CONCERTS for full details) and tickets are on sale online, by phone or by post (click TICKETS for details).

We will have great value season tickets at £65 for all seven concerts (available until the first concert, a £60 ticket for the final six concerts is available after May 14th, see the concerts page for details).

Our 2021 concert series was really successful. Thank you to all of our wonderful performers and to everyone who attended the concerts. Most concerts were sold out and we really appreciate your support, especially during such a difficult year. If you missed any of the concerts there are a selection of performances from the series on YouTube (and more are being added). You can check them out here on YouTube or play them using the video below (performances can be selected via the dropdown button at the top right corner of the video):

Can you help us?

We really need practical help putting up posters and leaflets on village notice boards, in local shops etc. and generally spreading the word about the concerts. If lots of people help it spreads the load and only takes a few minutes - currently only a few people help with publicity which means we spend lots of time and energy driving around the Dales to publicise the concerts. If you can help please contact us via the contact page with your postal address and let us know how many leaflets you can use.

As a registered charity we are very aware that ticket sales rarely cover the cost of artist fees, their travelling expenses, venue hire, piano tuning and printed materials. We have been relying on generous donations from a small number of individuals and smaller donations from some of our regulars to make ends meet. If you would like to help, either by making a donation (any donation, however small or large, is welcome) or in other ways please see our "Donate" page.

Further Information

Covid guidance We want people to feel and be safe. Despite the government's relaxation of rules there are a restricted number of tickets available - more will be made available only if it is prudent. We encourage everybody to socially distance in the venue by spreading out and making use of the side pews (many have good views of the performers).

Venue: All of our concerts are at St. Andrew's Church, Aysgarth at 7.30pm.

Parking: There is very limited parking at the church for people with mobility issues - please let us know if you need to use this. Everyone else should park at the adjacent pay and display car park - the evening rate is £1.50 - please bring the correct change.

Help to access concerts/help with transport:

Would you love to come to concerts but need help with transport or mobility issues?

We have funding from the 2020 Coop Community Fund aimed at providing transport from different parts of Wensleydale using taxis and minibuses, and if there is sufficient demand a general bus service to and from concerts. If you need help please contact us and we will see what we can do to help. If you need somebody to bring you to a concert we can help by providing a free 'carer' ticket - this is aimed at people who would not otherwise buy a ticket.  To discuss your particular needs please call Carol or Liz on 01969 663026.
